Jon started his career in the construction industry in 2005. Working as a project manager for a large commercial construction company, he was responsible for managing up to $50 million of projects at one time. After the financial crash in 2008, the margins in the industry became so tight, forcing the career to be emotionally draining. He then started Revive Power Washing in late 2012 as a side hustle. After just 10 months, with the help of his wife Michelle, they took the leap into becoming full time business owners in 2013.
In 2019 he joined Conquer and made key hires to accelerate growth. Revive is now a 6 truck, 2 location company with annual revenues over $1.5M while Jon works less than 20 hours per week in the business.
What am I most passionate about?
Building is in my blood. Building physical things, but also being a leader to build up people. Building up people allows for exponential impact (way more than you can do yourself).  My Superpower, Developing the ideal work/ family life balance that allows fulfillment.
Jon's Coaching Philosophy
Business growth is very important to Jon, however his work/ family life balance is equally important. It is crucial to be present and available as a father and to not sacrifice your family at the altar of your business. It all goes back to your WHY. When things get tough, you got to remember why you are doing this. Anyone can push through and muster up the courage to get uncomfortable if you have a strong enough why.
