Hi there, I’m Caleb!

Way back in 1999, I needed a job so I started a simple window cleaning business in Detroit, Michigan. Fast forward to today and that “job” is now a thriving, fully automated 7-figure + organization called Lake State Cleaning.

Along the way, I’ve lived through it all: the paperwork, the team building, the financial challenges, the systemization, the setbacks, expansion and growth. Those experiences have taught me valuable lessons that I now seek to share with others who are on the same journey.

I’m passionate about helping small home service business owners develop the skills it takes to help them achieve their “why’s”. My personal mission is to help pros create a business that serves them, their customers, and their employees at the highest level, all at the same time.

I’m a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, a certified CONQUER business coach, a certified Behavioral Essentials coach, a partner in several other home service businesses, and a consultant to numerous companies in the home services SaaS space.
