Husband, father, entrepreneur. My wife of 12 years is the love of my life, and mother to my two beautiful daughters at home. I’m a family man through and through, and all that I do is both for and because of that foundation. From a young age I knew what I wanted to do with my life. My father was my hero. Through thick and thin growing up he always managed to provide for the needs of his family, so in 2006 I partnered with him to set out on our dream. We started a plumbing company with nothing, but we knew that our heart to serve others would be the light in a dark industry. The timing of this venture was not inconsequential. The 2008 recession kept us humble, but our small business was built on faith; integrity, honest service to others, a hyper-focus on people and relationships would be the key to our success. These core values (our company’s namesake) were the tools we used to carve the path to 10x growth and a company that is grounded in principle and culture. As the president my role beyond the business is mentor and coach to the men and women we are blessed to have, pursuing their career, drawn by a culture focused on character and support in a positive-sum environment.
