I am an entrepreneur, leadership coach, and a real estate investor with a passion for empowering others. As a loving husband and father, I cherish family and community above all else. My expertise lies in creating and scaling service industry businesses with a focus on the growth of the people within them. It is my passion to transform leaders into catalysts for positive change while helping them find their full potential. I have a background in the arts as well as business which gives me an edge in the service industry- especially when it comes to the trades. I built my first business, Local Roots Landscaping in 2014 and have grown it to $7M and 50+ employees since then. In addition to that, I operate a multi-family real estate portfolio, and co-own a Landscape Supply company. While running successful businesses is fun and challenging, my true passion lies in bringing out the best in other entrepreneurs to enable them to have an outsized impact on the world around them.
